Dobro došli!

Želimo Vas upoznati s kućnim redom kako bi Vam boravak u našoj kući bio ugodan, a za sve dodatne obavijesti obratite se domaćinu.

1. smještaj je na raspolaganju od 14.00 sati na dan dolaska do 10.00 sati na dan odlaska

2. gosti su dužni sami  brinuti za svoje stvari i dragocjenosti ostavljene u apartmanima i vlasnik ne odgovara za eventualni nestanak istih

3. gosti su odgovorni za svoje ponašanje u kući i njezinoj okolici, a u slučaju nezgode sami snose posljedice

4. ulazna vrata apartmana zaključavajte kada ste unutra, a kada odlazite vani obavezno zaključavajte vrata i prozore, zatvorite suncobrane, isključite rasvjetu i sve električne uređaje (tv, klima, štednjak...) i zatvorite vodu

5. vlasnik objekta ima pravo u odsutnosti gosta, u osobitim okolnostima, ulaziti u apartman radi sprječavanja nastanka moguće štete ili opasnosti. O svom ulasku u apartman vlasnik je dužan izvjestiti gosta u prvom slijedećem kontaktu

6. zabranjeno je uništavanje opreme i namještaja, izazivanje nereda i ometanje drugih gostiju, a osobito se zabranjuje stvaranje buke u vremenu od 14.00 do 16.00 sati i od 23.00 do 7.00 sati

7. sadržaje apartmana mogu koristiti samo osobe koje su uredno prijavljene kao gosti, a domaćin na traženje gosta može odobriti eventualne posjete u određenom vremenu

8. nije dozvoljeno unošenje oružja, eksplozivnih i lakozapaljivih materijala

9. korištenje opreme i uređaja koji nisu sastavni dio ponude apartmana, dozvoljeno je samo uz suglasnost domaćina

10. uvođenje životinja dozvoljeno je samo uz suglasnost domaćina

11. ukoliko dođe do nestanka ili oštećenja instalacija, namještaja, uređaja opreme apartmana, gost je dužan obavijestiti domaćina. Ukoliko je do nestanka ili oštećenja došlo krivnjom gosta, gost je dužan nadoknaditi odgovarajuću protuvrijednost

12. iz apartmana zabranjeno je iznošenje uređaja i opreme (ručnici, pokrivači i drugo)

13. u slučaju nepridržavanja kućnog reda, domaćin ima pravo otkazati gostu daljnje pružanje usluga

14. vašu osobnu iskaznicu ili putovnicu predajete domaćinu odmah po dolasku, radi prijave Turističkom uredu

15. svoje primjedbe, želje i pohvale možete priopćiti domaćinu koji Vam stoji na raspolaganju u radnom vremenu od 8.00 do 20.00 sati

Wir möchten Sie mit der Hausordnung bekannt machen, damit Ihr Aufenthalt in unserem Haus für Sie so angenehm wie möglich wird. Für alle weiteren Informationen wenden Sie sich bitte an den Hauswirt.

1. Die Unterkunft steht am Anreisetag ab 14:00 Uhr und am Abreisetag bis 10:00 Uhr zur Verfügung

2. Die Gäste sind verpflichtet, selber Sorge zu tragen für ihre Sachen und Wertgegenstände, die sie im Apartment/Zimmer lassen. Für das eventuelle Verschwinden derselben übernimmt der Eigentümer des Unterkunftsobjektes keine Haftung

3. Die Gäste sind verantwortlich für ihr Verhalten im Haus und in seiner Umgebung. Im Falle eines Unfalls tragen sie selbst die Folgen

4. Schließen Sie die Eingangstür des Apartments/Zimmers ab, wenn sie drinnen sind. Wenn Sie hinausgehen, schließen Sie unbedingt Fenster und Türen, machen Sie den Sonnenschirm zu, schalten Sie das Licht und alle elektrischen Apparate (TV, Klimaanlage, Herd...) aus und drehen Sie den Wasserhahn zu

5. Der Objekteigentümer hat das Recht in Abwesenheit des Gastes, unter besonderen Umständen, das Apartment/Zimmer zu betreten, um das Entstehen eines möglichen Schadens oder einer Gefahr zu verhindern. Der Eigentümer ist verpflichtet den Gast beim nächstfolgenden Kontakt darüber zu informieren

6. Es ist verboten, Ausrüstung und Mobiliar zu zerstören, Chaos zu verursachen und andere Gäste zu stören. Besonderes verboten ist es, in der Zeit von 14-16 Uhr und von 23-7 Uhr Lärm zu machen

7. Inhalte des Apartments/Zimmer können nur von Personen genutzt werden, die als Gäste ordentlich angemeldet sind. Der Hauswirt kann auf Ersuchen des Gastes eventuelle Besuche zu einer bestimmten Zeit genehmigen

8. Es ist nicht erlaubt Waffen, Sprengstoff und leichtbrennbares Material mitzubringen

9. Die Nutzung der Ausrüstung und Einrichtung, die nicht Bestandteil des Apartment-/Zimmerangebots sind, ist nur mit Einwilligung des Hauswirts erlaubt

10. Das mitbringen von Tieren ist nur mit Zustimmung des Hauswirts erlaubt

11. Sollte es zum Verschwinden oder zu Beschädigung von Installationen, Mobiliar, Einrichtung und Ausrüstung des Apartments/Zimmers kommen, ist der Gast verpflichtet den Hauswirt darüber zu informieren. Sofern es durch die Schuld des Gastes zum Verschwinden oder zur Beschädigung gekommen ist, ist der Gast verpflichtet den Schaden durch einen entsprechenden Gegenwert zu ersetzen

12. Es ist verboten, Einrichtung und Ausrüstung (Handtücher, Decken usw.) aus dem Apartment/Zimmer hinauszutragen

13. Sollte sich der Gast nicht an die Hausordnung halten, hat der Hauswirt das Recht, dem Gast weitere Dienstleistungen zu kündigen

14. Übergeben Sie dem Hauswirt Ihren Personalausweis oder Reisepass sofort bei Ihrer Ankunft zwecks Anmeldung in der Tourismusagentur

15. Ihre Bemerkungen, Wünsche und Belobigungen können Sie an den Hauswirt richten, der Ihnen während der Arbeitszeit von 8 bis 20 Uhr zur Verfügung steht

We would like to acquaint you with house rules so that your stay in our home will be pleasant, while for all other additional information please speak to your host.

1. accomodation is available from 14.00 hr on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure

2. guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the apartments and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof

3. guests are responsible for their behaviour in the house and surrounding area, and in the case of an accident they shell bear the consequences themselves

4. lock the doors to the apartments from the inside and when going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (tv, air conditioning, stove...) and turn off the taps

5. in exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guests, the owner of the facility has the right to enter the apartment to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to notify the guest about the entry into the apartment at the first subsequent contact

6. destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing other guests is prohibited, and it is expressly forbidden to make loud noises in the time between 14-16 hr and from 23 to 7 hr

7. the contents of the apartments may only be used by persons who are registered guests, however the host may, upon the request of a guest, permit possible visits at certain times

8. bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted

9. use of equipment and appliences which are not an integral part of the offer of the apartments may be used only upon the consent of the host

10. bringing in of animals is permitted only upon the consent of the host

11. in the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartments the guest is obliged to notify the host. Insofar as the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value

12. it is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, covers, etc) from the apartments

13. in the event of disregard of the house rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing of services

14. handover your identity card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival for registration at the Tourist office

15. you may offer your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host who is at your disposal during working hours from 8 to 20 hr

Chtěli bychom Vás seznámit s domácím řádem, aby Váš pobyt v našem domě byl příjemný. Pro všechny další informace se obrat`te na hostitele.

1. ubytování je k dispozici od 14.00 hod v den příjezdu do 10.00 hod v den odjezdu

2. hosté jsou povinni se sami starat o své věci a drahocennosti zanechané v apartmánech a majitel neodpovídá za jejich eventuální zmizení

3. hosté jsou zodpovědni za své chováni v domě a v jeho okoli a v případě nehody sami nesou následky

4. vstupní dveře apartmánu zamykejte, i když jste vevnitř. Když odcházíte ven, povinně zamykejte dveře a okna, zavřete slunečníky, vypněte světla a všechny elektrické přístroje (tv, klimatizaci, sporák...) a zavřete vodu

5. majitel objektu má ve výjimečných případech právo v nepřítomnosti hosta stoupit do apartmánu kvúli zabránění možné škodé nebo nebezpeči. O svém vstupu do apartmánu je majitel povinen informovat hosta při prvním následujícím kontaktu

6. je zakázáno ničení zařízeni, vybavení a nábytku, vyvolávání nepořádku a obtěžování dalších hostů a zvláště se zakazuje hluk v době od 14-16 hod a od 23-7 hod

7. zařízení apartmánu mohou užívat pouze osoby, které jsou řádné přihlášené jako hosté, ale hostitel může na žádost hosta povolit eventuální návštěvy v určité době

8. není povoleno vnášení zbraní, explozivních a lehce zápalných materiálů

9. užívání zařízení a přístrojú, které nejsou základní součástí nabídky apartmánu je povoleno pouze se souhlasem hostitele

10. pobyt zvířat je povolen pouze se souhlasem hostitele

11. pokud se ztratí nebo poškodí instalace, nábytek, zařízení, vybavení apartmánu, je host povinen o tom informovat hostitele. Pokud je ztráta nebo poškození zaviněno hostem, host je povinen uhradit odpovídající protihodnotu

12. z apartmánu je zakázáno vynášení zařízení a vybavení (ručníky, deky a ostatní)

13. v případě nedodržení domácího řádu má hostitel právo zrušit hostu další poskytování služeb

14. váš občanský průkaz nebo cestovní pas předejte hostiteli ihned po přijezdu kvůli přihlášení Turistickému úřadu

15. své námitky, přání a pochvaly můžete oznámit svému hostiteli, který je vám k dispozici od 8-20 hod
